Terms & Conditions
- Parking and Toll charges would be charged as actuals.
- Opening, Closing kms and time would be calculated from garage to garage.
- GST: The above rates would attract GST.
- For outstation/ Intercity use minimum running charged per day will be 300 kms.
- Package: Incase the kms or hours exceed the selected package than the next package rates will be applicable and if the usage exceeds 8 hours/ 80 kms extra hours & extra kms will be charged.
- The above rates are subject to charge.
- Driver Allowance: During local duties if the car is requested before 6.00 a.m or released after 2300 hrs there would be additional charge of Rs.250.00 as drivers conveyance allowance.
- All valuables kept in the car will be the sole responsibility of the user any loss or damages to the belongings of the user will not be compensated by the driver or Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd.
- Reservations: All booking have to be given by E-mail/ fax at least 24 Hours in advance else vehicles will be provided subject to availability.
- Cancellation: Any Cancellation or No Show (for vehicles booked for local use) after the vehicle leaves the garage will attract minimum package rate (4 hours/ 40 kms.) Any cancellation for vehicle send for outstation pick up will attract 100% charges.
