Services are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the Services by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the User must not avail our Services. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers' fare rules, contract of carriage or house rules. Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the User through the Website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by us is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the User and accepted by Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd.

Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd. respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number) you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our websites. With specific reference to booking/ payment transactions Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd. collects the following personal sensitive information from you while transacting through Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd. such as Name, Address, Phone Number, Mobile Number, Credit Card details, E-mail Address. Information like Credit Card Details and Net Banking Details are usually collected directly by the payment gateways and banks and not by Pluto Travels India Pvt. Ltd.

In case of Refund Conditions, payments will be refunded by net banking to the customer accounts within 10 working days after cancellation.
